  Requirement :

• Minimum 2 -3 years experience in ticketing / tourism industry
• Hand-on experience in ABACUS reservation system.
• Knowledge of ABACUS Power Suite will be an added advantage.
• Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication and customer servicing skills, preferably in corporate ticketing
• Able to speak fluent English
• Able to work independently
• Those without qualification but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
