Requirement :
Minimum 2 -3 years experience in ticketing / tourism industry
Hand-on experience in ABACUS reservation system.
Knowledge of ABACUS Power Suite will be an added advantage.
Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication and customer servicing skills, preferably in corporate ticketing
Able to speak fluent English
Able to work independently
Those without qualification but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
