Associate Programme
Generally, Associates run the business, Consultants make the sales
and Researchers provide the leads.
When you join our targeted search and selection network as Associates,
you have many options. First, you may ‘do it all’ and
keep all the profits or you may choose to delegate the researcher
role to someone who specialises in research, freeing yourself to
make more phone contacts, cover more ground, and ultimately earn
much more money even after the Researcher is paid.
You will realise that you have unparallel reach, exponentially
multiplied power and almost limitless earning potential when you
take full advantage of our network, rely on Researchers for leads,
and delegate the sales role to Consultants.
Entrepreneurs who become our Associates are able to live wherever
they choose and work the hours they prefer in their convenient home
offices. As an Associate, you will also have the choice of focusing
on one business area or directing your Consultants to work in different
industries. You may also instruct your Consultants to pursue both
job orders and candidates, or specialise in one or the other.
We reserve the right to approve only those candidate Associates
who live up to our established standards.
