Our client is a growing Singapore startup company in mobile IT software solutions for the region, seeking dedicated team players to join their expanding team in Malaysia. Their clients are mobile operators and financial institutions in the region.

   The Job:

• Understand client requirements and customize solutions according to client's needs
• Conduct presales demonstrations & presentations at client's side and managing the client relationship
• Set up and maintain demo sites and systems from ground up
• Provide technical inputs to tenders and proposals
• Oversee IT projects from award of tender to delivery and maintenance
• Manage, build and mentor a technical team in Malaysia

  The Person:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in Presales
• At least 5 years experience in Java software design & development involving the use of databases
• Experience in developing on Unix/Linux environments
• Experience in managing a technical team
• Experience in WAP-based Client-Server solutioning preferred
• Telco/banking industry experience preferred
• Good command of English
