Our client is a software solution provider, mainly focused on specialized and industry standard packages for logistic and maintenance management. In order to cover the entire spectrum of business process and to maximize the clients’ operations, they are able to create seamless consultative relationships with their clients.
The Job:
- Provide IT / technical services in supporting and assisting customer daily automated processes and tasks in relation to all business applications and prescribed software
- Assist in the execution of jobs assigned by superior or PC & Network Support in relation to IT / technical issues
- Database creation, administration, tuning and support for the application systems on the database requirements
- Write and control documentation in relation to the activities performed
- To support other applications when required
The Person:
- Degree in Computer Science / IT
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge and experience with SQL Query
- Has good trouble shooting skill
- Should be able to work under pressure, independent with minimum supervision, a good team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken English
- Willing to travel within Malaysia or overseas if required
- Willing to go on board for support if required
- Chinese male aged between 27 to 32 preferred
