Has a diploma in business administration with 10 years experience in sales, operations, human resource and administrative functions. Responsibilities include customer servicing, human resource, administration and operations. Assisted operations manager on all staff disciplinary conducts and attending to staff’s grievances and complaints. Liaison with human resource department on promotion, salary increment, conducted staff orientation, updating and maintaining employees’ handbook, etc. Other responsibilities include managing payroll for approximately 300 employees which include leave computation, part-timers’ wages, allowances and incentives as well as compiling and generating payroll reports, preparing human resource related letters such as offer letters, confirmation, promotion and increment letters. Has experience liaising with government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO and IRB. Also has some experience in recruiting new employees and coordinating training sessions for employees.

Has a degree in arts majoring in accounting and finance with 3 years experience in payroll, accounts and administrative functions. Responsibilities include performing day-to-day accounting functions, preparing and calculating monthly payroll which includes computation of EPF, SOCSO and PCB as well as other statutory requirements and contributions for the banking industry with approximately 400 employees. Also has experience liaising with government bodies, playing an advisory role pertaining to payroll and responsible for employees’ leave management. Other experience apart from processing both local and expatriates’ monthly payroll includes computing hypo taxes, preparing ‘home deposit’ for local employees who are assigned overseas, handling all leaves, compiling human resource and payroll reports, etc.
