Sales Manager
Location: Klang Valley
Salary Range: Basic RM10,000 and above + Profit Sharing + Benefits

The Job:
  • Determines annual sales unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories ;projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains national volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends,economic indicators,and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing monthly and/or quarterly action plans.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on works results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Work closely with Country Manager and local management team to ensure priorities are alligned and executions are smooth.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing team to ensure trade program in line with overall brand strategy.
  • Contribute in SOP process to improve operation effectiveness & forecast accuracy.
  • Sales performance of assigned portfolio.
  • Compliance of required process.
The Person:
  • Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing or Equivalent.
  • 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Management with FMCG industry, in which at least 5 years in leadership role. Candidate with experience in beverage sales is preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in competitive & mass categories
  • Good communication and presentation skill in English; ability to conversant in Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and ability to manage a team of employee with different age.
  • Strong business acumen and possesses positive attitude in handling challenging situations.
  • Willing to travel within the region and posted overseas if required.
